John Clubb is an accredited sport psychologist, sports coach and age group triathlete.

The focus of this seminar will be upon reflective practice and planning for future goals.

There are three key areas of developing a positive mental approach to competition;
Performance evaluation Performance planning Maintaining self-esteem.

Practical strategies will be presented that will enable you to reflect and plan to meet your race challenges 2011 with a positive race experience.

John operates Clubb Sport Consultancy and has over 20 years experience in sports coaching and sport psychology. He is currently awaiting completion of the ASA triathlon comp intro coach award.
As a competitor John has been racing since 2003 and last year qualified through Ironman Canada to race in Kona.
